At Chop23, we take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. However, because our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients and food products, we cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free from allergens or that cross-contact will never occur.
Customers are responsible for informing Chop23 of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
Common allergens that may be present in our kitchen include, but are not limited to:
Milk and dairy products
Eggs
Wheat and gluten
Soy
Peanuts
Tree nuts
Fish
Shellfish
Sesame
Other ingredients that may cause individual allergic reactions
Ingredients and menu items may change from time to time. Customers should not assume that a meal is allergen-free based solely on its description or previous orders.
Although we take reasonable precautions when preparing food, Chop23 prepares multiple menu items in the same kitchen and may use shared preparation surfaces, utensils, cookware, equipment, storage areas, and other food-contact items.
As a result, cross-contact with allergens may occur.
Chop23 does not guarantee that meals will be free from traces of allergens, even when an allergen is not intentionally included as an ingredient in a particular meal.
We may be able to accommodate certain dietary preferences or ingredient exclusions when requested in advance. However, an ingredient substitution or removal does not mean that the meal is allergen-free.
Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies should carefully consider whether food prepared in our kitchen is appropriate for them.
By placing an order with Chop23, the customer acknowledges that:

They have disclosed any known food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
They understand that Chop23 cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal.
They understand that cross-contact may occur during food preparation, cooking, packaging, or storage.
They accept responsibility for determining whether a meal is appropriate for their individual dietary needs.
If you have a severe food allergy, please contact Chop23 before placing your order so that we can determine whether your request can reasonably be accommodated.
If you have questions regarding ingredients or potential allergens in a specific meal, please contact Chop23 before submitting your order.

Chop23 will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information based on the information available to us. However, ingredient information may change, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contact.
By submitting an order through Chop23, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this policy and agree to the risks associated with consuming food prepared in a shared kitchen environment.
Chop23 reserves the right to decline an order when we believe we cannot reasonably accommodate a customer's allergy or dietary restriction safely.
